Dear Mr. Rinder:

This letter is being addressed to you as it is my information and
belief that the current effort to harass peaceful, law-abiding
picketers of the Church of Scientology across the United States is
being directed and overseen out of your office.

Therefore, you are hereby notified that any leafleting of the
residences on the property known as XXXX South XXX East, Salt Lake
City, UT 84105, will be considered trespassing by the owner of the
property. I have been informed that the property owner intends to
press charges for trespassing against the local Hubbard Dianetics
Foundation a/k/a Church of Scientology, should such leafleting of the
property occur again.

In closing, Mr. Rinder, may I suggest to you that continuing to
leaflet and harass peaceful and lawful picketers who are simply
exercising their First Amendment rights is only making those
picketers, such as myself, less likely to be intimidated and makes
your organization look very petty and vindictive for continuing the
harassment.
