Samuel D. Rosen divorce documents posted to alt.binaries.scientology
Find posted to alt.binaries.scientology a number of pdf files
from courts in and around Suffolk County relating to Samuel D.
Rosen's divorce and fucked-up family life in general. These
suits include the following:
Rosen v. County of Suffolk, et al, No. 02-7033, United States
Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, concerning a lawsuit
Rosen filed against his ex-wife Susan Hanrahan (among others
including the sheriff's department of Suffolk County) for taking out
a Temporary Order of Protection after he allegedly shoved her down
a flight of stairs. The creep actually claimed that HIS rights were violated
by this. Fellow cult weasel lawyer Eric M. Lieberman represents
Rosen in this doomed kook suit.
Rosen v. Rosen, Index No:003498/2000, Supreme Court, State
of New York, Suffolk County. This is the divorce case itself, or at
least the part of it which extended itself into appeals court and therefore
became published. The majority of this case, which is no doubt
juicier than this fairly dry appeal, is in family court in Suffolk County
and therefore (I assume) not available for public inspection.
Hanrahan v. Rosen, et al, lndex No:004895/2002, Supreme Court,
State of New York, Suffolk County. (Note that the State of New
York has the annoying habit of calling a court of appeals or
superior court a "Supreme Court." The court in question is
essentially a superior court.) In this case, Rosen's mother-in-law sues
Rosen as well as her own daughter in a dispute over a house. Because
the law firm of Galasso Langione apparently represented both Rosen's
then-wife as well as Rosen's mother in a case adverse to Rosen's wife, the
firm was disqualified from representing Rosen's ex-wife in Rosen v. Rosen
above.

Scientology®
organization has at best estimate approximately
45,000 to 50,000 followers world wide -- contrary to the 8 million figure
that the organization has been claiming for the past few years or so.
While that number continues to drop (thanks in part to the Internet) few
of the remaining followers are even aware of the unending series of police
raids, indictments, and prison terms their leaders and fellow cultists are
subjected to routinely. Few are allowed to know about their organization's
criminal history, or its current racketeering activities. Even fewer of
the cult's remaining followers are privy to their messiah's written
policies which dictates the criminal behavior that keeps getting their
organization raided (see Xenu.NET for
suitable references of Scientology policy) Scientology management
is the problem, not the thousands of honest believers who are good,
honest citizens; themselves victims of Scientology - flr]
