Hello All;

I wonder if Safe's attorneys can also delve into the Sporgeries as a defensive tactic?

An argument could be made that given all the sporgeries, it is possible that the messages in question could have been sporged, and not for the true, blue 'Safe'.

That would shift the attention to where it should be, and put the CofS on the defensive.

Also, since the squashing of the search for the sporgers IDs came from the same office as the request for Safe's ID, then there may even be an argument for conflict of interest against the CofS attorney.

It would be easy for a Sporger to put up a sporge under the name of someone they wanted to attack, and then use that post to get that persons ID, then drop the case, and attack via other means.

Maybe there is even a violation of constitutional rights going on here?

Sometimes I wish I was a lawyer. I'd love to get into this fight.

Thom
