I've been up since 6:00 this morning constantly on the phone trying to get help with no luck.

One of the problems in seeking somebody to File a Motion to Quash AT&T's Subpeona to reveal my I.D. is that whoever files it has to commit to represent me in the case. The attorney has to really think hard whether he really wants to take it on or not.

So my biggest problem, which I'm sure the CofS bullies LOVE, is that when an attorney hears that it's dealing with the Church of Scientology they run scared shitless. Most attorneys don't seem to have the gonads to take them on EVEN if I have a good case!

The church of Scientology has managed to scare the media, the law, the courts, the IRS, and attorneys. Nice church, huh.

The Church of Scientology KNEW what they were doing when the rushed the Subpeona through to fall on memorial day week-end so I would not have enough time to seek legal counsel. They are absolutely RUTHLESS. I can't believe they can consider themselves a humanitarian movement when they abuse justice for their own ends.

I've never before really considered them as a "crime syndicate" which I've heard quoted here on ARS many times. But I'm starting to really GET that viewpoint now. There really is a group of management thugs heading CofS.

Yours for justice,
Safe, an authentic, informed NON-CofS Scientologist
