For the last two days, I've been talking to the ACLU (American Civil
Liberties Union) and they are very interested in the constitutional
ramifications of the Digital Milleninium Copyright Act ... namely the
unconstitutional power that the Church of Scientology usurped to get my
identification and address from AT&T.
If anybody knows of any other case this has happened to, please email me. I
will give them the exact name and phone number to contact. So far, it looks
to me and ACLU like the Church of Scientology is the first to use this
abusive power and I'm the first person it was used it on.
Leave it to the Church of Scientology to OPPRESS the constitution instead of
DEFEND it. Nice "church", huh.
